Saint Paul Schools Gifted Services Saint Paul Public Schools offers services for high ability/gifted students at most school sites.  These services may include schoolwide enrichment services at the elementary level, challenge level classes at the middle/junior high level, and Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate classes at the high school level.  The range of services offered may not be the same at all schools. To find out what specific services are available, contact your child's teacher or school.
